Rosenberg Piano Service offers a wide variety of services including: appraisals; evaluations; tunings; pitch raising; chipping; action and keyboard regulation; hammer voicing; restringing; repairs; key recovering; key easing; bridge repairs or replacement; rebuilding; overhauls; restorations; refinishing; sales; maintenance and consultations. Based in Rochester, NY, founder Mr. Lynn Rosenberg has been providing quality piano services to the Western NY area since 1973.
Mr. Rosenberg was trained old school. He has perfect pitch. Lynn's tunings are aurel (by ear), analog not digital. A piano historian, Mr. Rosenberg combines artistry with technical expertise to ensure your piano sounds and performs as it was meant to. To date Lynn has tuned over 20,000 pianos. As a credit to his tuning mastery Lynn has been the inhouse "floor" tuner for the Rochester, NY Steinway dealerships since 1975.
We have an extensive Western New York coverage area. It includes Rochester, Greece, Brighton, Irondequoit, Pittsford, Henrietta, Fairport, East Rochester, Gates, Spencerport, Hamlin, Brockport, Hilton, Webster, Churchville, North Chili, Chili Center, Penfield, and the remainder of Monroe county. Additionally we cover all cities, towns and villages in Allegany county NY, Genesee, Livingston, Ontario, Orleans, Steuben, Wyoming and Yates counties.
